This website is operated by House of Deva. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to HiJAB DEVA. Hijabdeva.com offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our website and/placing an order, you engage in our "service" and agree to our terms and conditions and therefore forming a legally binding contract between you and HiJAB DEVA. Your acceptance of the terms and conditions is given when you purchase goods from us.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.
The terms and conditions may change at any time. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these terms and conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
HiJAB DEVA reserves the right to withdraw or amend our services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason, this website is unavailable at any time or for any period. This website also contains links to other sites, which are not controlled by hijabdeva.com and therefor we accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, COPYRIGHT AND TRADE MARKS
HiJAB DEVA does not give you any right or interest in the copyright or intellectual property rights in any product or designs featured on the website or print. Copying them is illegal and will not be tolerated.
The copyright in HiJABDEVA.com and the content of all the software, website and pages relating to HiJAB DEVA web site is owned by, or licensed to HiJAB DEVA unless otherwise specified and may not be used, copied or altered without express consent.
Copyright extends to the design, look and feel of HiJABDEVA.com, all photographs on it and marketing materials.
You may use HiJABDEVA.com for private and personal non-commercial use only - i.e. to view, copy and print portions of HiJABDEVA.com for the sole purpose of promoting our company or placing orders. The materials on HiJABDEVA.com may not be used for any other purpose.
HiJABDEVA, HiJABDEVA.com, HiJABDEVA.co.uk, HiJABDIVA.com, HiJABDIVA.co.uk and our logos are trade names or trade marks of HiJAB DEVA and my not be used by anyone else without express permission.
Please note that purchasing items online is a very different shopping experience to buying in-store. HiJAB DEVA have made every effort to ensure that we display our products as accurately as possible especially with colours of our products. The actual colour of the products can change depending on your monitor settings. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the true colour of the product on delivery. HiJAB DEVA cannot be held responsible for differences which appear as a result of the aforementioned point.
HiJAB DEVA sources many of its products locally and internationally. Colours, prints, patterns may slightly vary to the product photographed. HiJAB DEVA aims to ensure that the items sent out closely match that which is used to advertise the product. With the nature of printing materials, dyes may vary depending on each batch. HiJAB DEVA will take all responsibility to ensure all details, descriptions and prices of products on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered on our system.
HiJAB DEVA carries out extensive checks on our products to ensure they are all up to scratch. From time to time, some hijabs may have small dye marks which is a natural occurrence in the design process when manufacturing hijabs. HiJAB DEVA is not responsible for these marks appearing on hijabs.
All measurements are approximate, but every effort is made to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated, sizes indicated are all UK measurements.
HiJAB DEVA believe that you should be delighted with your product but there are occasions when and where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple and easy as possible.
Change of Mind
HiJAB DEVA understands that people change their mind so we offer a 7 day no quibble return policy. Items must be returned in their original packaging and not been used or worn. HiJAB DEVA is not responsible for the postage payment made to return items. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the package arrives back to HiJAB DEVA. Missing return items will not be handled by HiJAB DEVA unless a proof of postage is provided.
If you wish to return your items, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us as soon as possible and we will email you with instructions on how to refund your item.
All our items pass a quality checking process before deemed suitable for sale. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, please report it to HIJABDEVA@gmail.com with sufficient information and evidence, inclusive of images and proof of purchase. Upon receipt we will investigate the matter and conclude whether the fault was due to poor use, lack of care, wear and tear or a genuine manufacturing default. Contact must be made within 7 days of purchase.
All returns will be issued after inspection once received. Once in our possession, we will email you to inform you they have been received and the refund procedure has begun. Please wait 3-5 working days for us to inform you of the status of your refund. If your refund has been denied, you will have the chance to respond to our decision. If you refund has been accepted, please allow 3-5 working days for us to process your refund. HiJAB DEVA will refund your item/s via the original method of payment.
Any Made to Order or Personalised items purchased from HiJAB DEVA and exempt from our refund policy in accordance to the Sale of Goods Act (UK)
PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
We always try to keep HiJAB DEVA as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that a particular product will always be available. If we can't supply a product you will not be charged for it and we will refund your account with the amount debited by us.
All goods are subject to availability - on occasion, HiJAB DEVA may not be able to supply your order. All offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply you with a product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund you the money you have paid for it.
Prices on HiJAB DEVA are subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable). Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and are included in the 'TOTAL COST' when at the checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from: the product ordered being unavailable from stock, our inability to obtain authorisation of payment, the identification of an error within the product information etc. If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you.
When you place an order with HiJAB DEVA, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you a confirmation email that states the goods that you have ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation email sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
Please note, HiJAB DEVA is not responsible for missing emails. Please add HIJABDEVA@GMAIL.COM to your address book to avoid emails being sent to your spam folder. In the event you cannot find an email sent by HIJAB DEVA, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will endeavour to send out another email to you.
Orders placed with HiJAB DEVA cannot be combined with previous/new orders once an order has been placed.
Each transaction is handled by our credit service or PayPal as HiJAB DEVA. Both methods are extremely safe and secure for both HiJAB DEVA and our customers. No payment details are ever held by HiJAB DEVA.
HiJAB DEVA delivers to destinations inside and outside the UK.
We aim to package products within one working day of when an order is placed, but during busy periods we may take up to three working days to parcel packages.
Delivery in the UK
HiJAB DEVA uses MyHermes and Royal Mail to send out orders in the UK. Items are usually dispatched straight after. Delivery is depend on the selection you have chosen.
First Class items are posted out via Royal Mail and usually take 1-2 days (excluding Sundays) according to Royal Mail's estimates.
Second Class items are posted out either by MyHermes or Royal Mail. Delivery usually takes 2-4 days (excluding Sundays) according to MyHermes and Royal Mail estimates.
Once orders have been dispatched, they are in the control of MyHermes and Royal Mail only. This is not part of our service.
Delivery outside the UK
HiJAB DEVA uses Royal Mail to send out orders outside the UK. We aim to use a tracked service but this is not always possible.
Delivery to Europe usually takes 5-10 working days. This is an estimate provided by Royal Mail.
Delivery to outside Europe (Worldwide) is dependent on your country but usually takes approximately 7-10 working days. This is an estimate provided by Royal Mail.
If you wish to receive your parcel faster, please email email@example.com and we can provide you with a quote for ParcelForce and DHL next day service.
In the UK
Sometimes items can be delayed in the post which is not in HiJAB DEVA's control. We will however endeavour to help you to recover lost/delayed items as fast as possible. If you placed an order to be delivered in the UK and you have not received it within 5 days of the dispatch email, please email HiJAB DEVA at firstname.lastname@example.org inform us. You must contact us within 72 hours after the 5 days have passed. HiJAB DEVA will not deal with any cases of missing parcels after this period. This is not negotiable. You will have to deal with the missing parcel directly with either Royal Mail or MyHermes. We are very firm with this ruling as Royal Mail and MyHermes consider parcels to be delivered after this period and will not allow us to complete a missing parcel form after this date. If you wish to locate a missing parcel after this duration, it is up to the customer but HiJAB DEVA is not liable nor holds any responsible for issuing a refund or resending parcels.
Please ensure you provide the CORRECT address for your parcels to be delivered. HiJAB DEVA is not responsible for wrong postal codes/address information.
If you are travelling outside the UK while we have posted out your item, please ensure someone is home to collect delivery. HiJAB DEVA is not responsible for failed delivery attempts. It is the responsibility of the customer to rearrange delivery with the courier. HiJAB DEVA will be involved with rearranging delivers.
If you have not been able to accept delivers and have received a 'return to sender' notification, please email us at email@example.com to inform us. We will require a photograph of the card sent to you and will await for the parcel to arrive back to us. Return to Sender does not guarantee we will receive it. If we do receive the parcel back, we will contact you immediately. To arrange re-delivery, customers will be charged the initial delivery price again. Customers will also have the option to cancel the order at this point. HiJAB DEVA will refund the cost of the products, minus delivery charge. If we have not received back the parcel (which can be the case) we will NOT refund you your items nor will we post out your items again.
Outside the UK
If your items have not been delivered outside the UK within 10 working days of the dispatch email, please email HiJAB DEVA at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us. You must contact us within 72 hours after the 10 working days have passed. HiJAB DEVA will not deal with any cases of missing parcels after this period. This is not negotiable. You will have to deal with the missing parcel directly with either Royal Mail. We are very firm with this ruling as Royal Mail consider parcels to be delivered after this period and will not allow us to complete a missing parcel form after this date. If you wish to locate a missing parcel after this duration, it is up to the customer but HiJAB DEVA is not liable nor holds any responsible for issuing a refund or resending parcels.
Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. If so, the shipping company or postal service should advise you the charges due or else you should consult your local customs office. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these charges will be and HiJAB DEVA is not responsible for them.
Please order from HiJAB DEVA with enough time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from delivery time as HiJABDEVA cannot be responsible for this.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
You must not misuse the website, commit or encourage a criminal offence, transmit or distribute a virus, trojan, worm or post any other material which is malicious, technologically harmful, in breach of confidence or in any way offensive or obscene; cause annoyance to other users, send any unsolicited advertising or promotional material. HiJAB DEVA takes all these actions seriously and will report such breaches to the relevant law enforcement authorities and disclose your identity to them. We will not be liable for any loss or damages caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other material due to your use of our website or downloading any material posted on it, or linked to it.
HiJAB DEVA has the right to refuse service to customers who conduct themselves in a rude and unnecessary manner. HiJAB DEVA will always try to help solve issues that any customers may have as quickly as possible but ill behaviour will not be tolerated and you will be ignored.
HiJAB DEVA has a strong social media presence online. All material posted by HiJAB DEVA is owned by HiJAB DEVA. Information, content, images, posts, comments are by individuals, groups, persons do not represent HiJAB DEVA We are responsible for their opinions and HiJAB DEVA will not be accountable for this comments or actions.
HiJAB DEVA is the sole provider of voucher codes/discount codes used for HIJABDEVA.COM. Codes are available for a limited period and will change accordingly. Discount codes may from time to time be offered to account holders; such codes may only be applied to purchases made through the account in respect of which the discount code was offered and registered.
