7 Days Refunds and Exchange
Hijab Deva happily accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased on our website for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of your original purchase date. Refunds will be returned to you via your original payment method. Sale items are accepted for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase.
We guarantee our merchandise is clean and defective free. All our hijabs are ready-for-wear and do not require washing prior to use.
To return your merchandise please email email@example.com. We will send you details of our return address and the last day we need to receive your items. Please note, return shipping is not covered by Hijab Deva.
Please ensure that when returning your items, you use a trackable/insured shipping option as lost items will not be covered. If you're posting items by via Royal Mail in the UK, please request a 'proof of postage' receipt from the Post Office. This is free, and provides us with details to make a claim if your item was to go missing in its return.
All items returned should be posted back as received, within their original packaging along with the invoice receipt. Once we receive your package, we will email you and promptly process an exchange/issue a refund in accordance to our policy.
